How do I know if my order is successful / confirmed?

You will receive an email and an SMS for all successful orders. You can contact our customer support 1800-3000-6118 (9 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday) or write to support@ishashoppe.com for any further queries relating to your order.

 

My bank account is debited but order status on the IshaShoppe is showing as Pending?

This happens in cases the connection between our website and the payment gateway is broken due to issues like slow internet. In case your bank account is debited but order status on our website is showing as Pending, do not worry as we receive confirmation for all successful payments from our payment gateway next day. On receipt of such confirmation your order status will be updated to Confirmed.

 

When will you ship my order?

Usually we ship your order the same day or within 24 hours of placing the order. You will be notified by SMS and Email once the item is shipped along with the tracking link. In some casesit may take 2 - 3 working days depending on item availability. Some products which are unavailable that need production, may take longer to dispatch. We will initmate you in such cases.

Products that require Consecration (like Linga Bhairavi Gudi, Dhyanalinga Yantra, Sannidhi) take more time to dispatch as they are consecrated in batches in the Ashram. Please refer to the individual product page for information on dispatch timelines.


When will my order get delivered?

We provide 3-day delivery in over 500 cities in India. You can find the exact delivery time for your Pin Code here.

 

How much do you charge for delivery?

We provide free delivery anywhere in India for orders above Rs 1,999. For orders till Rs 1,999, we charge a flat shipping fee of Rs 99 for delivery anywhere in India. Few products that require special packing and handling, separate Packing & Handling charges will be applicable. Such charge, if any, will be displayed on the respective product page.


Which are the locations that you deliver to?

We deliver to over 2,500 cities in India covering 16,200 pin codes. To find out if we deliver to your Pin Code view our Delivery Locations. 

 

How can I track my order?

You are notified through an email and SMS once your order is shipped containing the online courier tracking details. You can click on this tracking link to know the status of your order. Your order status is updated to you via email and SMS at every step. You can also track your order by clicking on the Track Order link. This link is also given in the top right side of our website. For queries, you can contact our customer support team.

 

How do I place Bulk Orders?

Do you provide Gift wrapping?

Currently, we do not provide gift wrapping

 

I don’t want the package to carry an invoice/amount as it is a gift.

Unfortunately, invoices are mandatory due to Government/GST regulations.


Do you ship outside India?

We currently ship in India only. If you want delivery outside India, you can order from our US website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

While shopping on www.ishashoppe.com customers may choose to place their order using Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. In such cases, the customer will pay cash to the courier agent at the time of delivery.


As of now, COD facility is available for orders till Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand). We will review this limit and may increase it in future. We may call you on your registered mobile number to confirm the order before shipping.


Currently we service over 12,600 pin codes for Cash on Delivery facility in around 2,200 locations across India. You can check if your delivery location pin code is covered by us. In case a COD order is received for which the delivery location is not serviced by us, we will request for an alternate address which is serviceable or cancel the order.


The order amount has to be paid in full in cash to the courier agent before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet.
