1) Which are the locations that you deliver to?
We deliver to over 2,500 cities in India covering 12,000+ pin codes. To find out if we deliver to your Pin Code view our Delivery Locations.
2) How soon do you dispatch an order?
We stock most products that we sell which enable us to ship your order within 48 - 72 hours of placing the order. You will be notified by SMS and Email once the item is shipped along with the courier tracking link.
In some cases, it may take 3 - 5 working days depending on item availability. Some products which are unavailable that need production, may take longer to dispatch. We will intimate you in such cases. Products that require Consecration (like Linga Bhairavi Gudi, Dhyanalinga Yantra, Sadhguru Sannidhis) take more time to dispatch as they have to be consecrated in batches in the Ashram every 60-90 depending on the availability of Sadhguru. Some Metal Art products are sold on a "made-post-order" basis. Please refer to the individual product page for information on dispatch timelines before buying.
3) When will my order get delivered?
We provide 3-day delivery in over 500 cities in India. You can find the estimated transit time for your Pin Code here
4) How much do you charge for delivery?
We provide free delivery anywhere in India for orders Rs 1,500 or more. For orders till Rs 1,499, we charge a flat shipping fee of Rs 99 for delivery anywhere in India. For book orders, we provide free shipping above Rs 499 only. Few products that are large or very heavy, separate Packing & Handling charges will be applicable. Such charge, if any, will be displayed on the respective product page.
5) How can I track my order?
You will be notified through an email and SMS once your order is shipped containing the courier tracking details. You can click on this tracking link to know the status of your order. Your order status is updated to you via email and SMS at every step. You can also track your order through the Track Order link. This link is also given on the top right side of our website. For queries, you can contact our customer support team.
6) Which courier do you use to deliver?
We used Blue Dart courier to ship most orders. All Pay on Delivery (POD) orders gets shipped using Blue Dart only.
7) What should I do if the carton is damaged or tampered at the time of taking the delivery?
We request you not to accept delivery of parcels where the carton is damaged, tampered or the brown-tape seal is open. Please take a photo of the parcel before refusing and email it to us on firstname.lastname@example.org
8) I have successfully placed a POD order, but the order status is showing as "Pending"?
Pay on Delivery orders requires OTP Verification before placing the order. Once the order is successfully placed, we will update the status to "Processing" as soon as we are ready to dispatch the order.
9) How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email and an SMS for all successful orders. In your Isha Shoppe My Account, successful Prepaid orders will be in "Processing", "Packed" or "Complete" status depending upon the exact status of the order. Unsuccessful orders will be either in "Pending" or "Cancelled" status. POD orders will first be in "Pending" status which will change to "Processing" as soon as we are ready to dispatch the order. You can always contact our customer support for any queries relating to the status of your order.
10) My bank account is debited but order status on the Isha Shoppe is showing as Pending?
This happens in case the connection between our website and the payment gateway is broken due to issues like the slow internet. In case your bank account is debited but order status on our website is showing as Pending, do not worry as we receive a confirmation for all successful payments from our payment gateway the next day. On receipt of such confirmation, your order status will be updated to "Processing" (i.e. Confirmed).

12) Do you provide Gift wrapping?
Currently, we do not provide gift wrapping
13) I don’t want the package to carry an invoice/amount as it is a gift.
Invoices are mandatory to be put along with the parcel due to Government regulations.
14) Do you ship outside India?
