Add 2 tablespoons (20 gm) of Sanjeevini Health Mix powder with 50 ml (1/3 cup) of water to obtain a smooth paste. Boil 250 ml (1 cup) of water. Add the paste to the boiling water and boil the mixture for 5 minutes, stirring continuously until it reaches a porridge-like consistency. Add Jaggery or Palm Sugar to taste.
For a richer taste, add milk, coconut milk or grated coconut. Sanjeevini can be served hot or cold.
