Rice, Wheat, Toor Dal, Green Gram, Chickpeas, Lima Beans, Sesame Seeds, Black Urad Dal, Horse Gram, and Fenugreek Seeds.
- Mix 1 measure of Multigrain Dosa mix with 1 measure of water, 1/2 measure of curd (optional) and salt into a smooth batter.
- Set aside for 30 minutes. Make a dosa from the mix on a hot frying pan, adding oil.
- For a richer taste, you can add grated coconut, chopped vegetables, coriander and curry leaves to the batter.
- Serve hot with coconut/tomato chutney or/and sambar.
