Millet Kichadi is a perfect combination of health and taste with multiple varieties of millets cooked together. This recipe uses mainly Foxtail Millet with Barnyard and Little Millet in equal measure. Millet Kichadi provides a healthy source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Millet Kichadi is delicious as is or combined with papad, pickle, kadhi or rasam for a balanced, flavourful meal.
Dried Foxtail Millet, Barnyard Millet Flakes, Little Millet Flakes, Dried Green Gram, Thick Rice Flakes, Salt, Roasted yellow Lentil Powder, Sugar, Roasted Semolina, Dehydrated Green Chilli Powder, Asafoetida Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Onion Powder, Cumin Powder, Cumin Seed, Ghee, Rosemary Extract.
- Add one cup of mix to 4 cups of boiling water.
- Cook for 10 mins on low flame & stir occasionally.
