Little Millet, Kodo Millet, Foxtail Millet, Barnyard Millet, Rice, Urad Dal, and Fenugreek Seeds.
Mix 1 measure of millet Dosa Mix with 1 measure of water. 1/2 measure of curd can be added as a creamier option. Mix with salt to taste into a smooth batter. Set aside for 30 minutes. Then, heat a frying pan to a hot temperature, add oil to the pan, and spoon out some of the dosa mixture onto the pan to cook a hot, fresh, delicious dosa. For a richer taste, grated coconut, chopped vegetables, coriander and curry leaves can be added to the batter.
To impress guests and delight your taste buds, serve these dosas hot with coconut and/or tomato chutney.
