- Mix 1 measure of Little Millet Dosa Mix with 1 measure of water, 1/2 measure of curd (optional) and salt into a smooth batter.
- Set aside for 30 minutes. Make a dosa from the mix on a hot frying pan, adding oil.
- For a richer taste, add grated coconut, chopped vegetables, coriander and curry leaves to the batter.
- Serve hot with coconut or tomato chutney or/and sambar.
