Heat two cups of water. Make a paste of Isha Bajra Porridge and water. Add this paste to the boiling water. Stir to cook the porridge for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from flame and set aside to cool for about 1 hour. Mix in buttermilk, sufficient water and salt. Garnish with coriander and mint, or your favourite toppings, and serve at room temperature.
