We are not responsible for loss to the user by use of the payment gateways

Transactions will be subject to laws of U.S.A and any dispute will be resolved by arbitration at the place of origin of the product, McMinnville, Tennessee, USA.

Returns & Replacement Policy:

Damage in transit:

User should not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. If you accept a package that is damaged or tampered with, our return policy does not hold.

Returns/Replacements

If it is found upon opening the packaging that the item was damaged or defective, ishashoppe.com should be contacted immediately (within 48 hours) and informed about the damage or defect.

The user can return or seek replacement for the products if they are found defective in material or workmanship(damaged materials, stains, missing components etc.) Provided that, the product is returned within 5-7 business days, in the same condition as received by the user and in their original packaging to ishashoppe.com’s address mentioned in the package and the original invoice is enclosed. ishashoppe.com reserves the right to determine whether the product has been damaged in transit or damaged while being used.

There will be full refund for products found to have manufacturing defects/damaged in transit. Any refund or payment made by ishashoppe.com to the user is not subject to waiver from any or all terms, conditions, disclaimers and FAQs. Such refunds of payments do not become precedent for similar actions/claims in future or confer any rights on the applicant.

User may contact us for assistance in replacement/return of the product.

We will notify you via E-mail of your replacement once we have received and processed your request. Replacement will be immediately posted to you at our cost.

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted.
