Q. What happens to my order if the product I’ve ordered is not in stock?
  Though we make sure that no products go out of stock, if it so happens then a product that is not in stock, is in production phase. In such a case, we take 10 to 15 days to manufacture the product (30 days in case of wood/metal/stone-crafts) and once it is available in the stock, it is dispatched within 48 hours.
Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
  Yes, you can change or cancel your order when the order status is still 'pending'. For this you may send an email to support@ishabusiness.com mentioning your Order Reference No. and reasons for cancellation or details of change sought. A nominal fee towards cancellation or change will be charged by us.
Q. Do you sell orders in bulk quantities?
  Yes, we also supply orders in bulk. We have been associated with domestic and international wholesalers, boutiques and lifestyle stores, interior decorators and architects, hotels and resort chains and Corporates who usually order in bulk. Bulk orders are on mutually agreeable terms.
Q. Do you make customized products?
  Yes, we make customized products to meet the requirements and specification of our clients. For customized products, please send us detailed drawing, artist impressions or pictures so that our product matches your choice and requirement
Q. Do you also send gifts at specified addresses?
 

Yes, you can order gifts for your friends and family and also send customized message with them through ishashoppe.com. You can also select a desired delivery date for the gift order provided it allows us a minimum of six working days after securing your payment.

Q. Which courier companies do you use for order shipment?
 

We use Professional Couriers and other recognized couriers depending on the reach and destination.

Q. Are there any shipping charges? How do I calculate the shipping charges?
  Generally, the prices shown are inclusive of Shipping Charges for all products except products coming under the categories of 'Metal Art' and 'Stone Art'. For these items, therefore, you may choose 'Request for Quote' option before check out. We will send you a quote indicating shipping charges depending on your shipping destination and size/weight of the products opted.
Q. How can I track my order progress?
 

When you place an order with us, we assign an order tracking number for each order. This number is displayed to you upon confirmation of your purchase. This number can be used for tracking the order status directly from the website.

If you have placed the order after logging in using you user id and password, then you can go to Check Order page and get the status by entering the Order no. However, if you placed the order without logging in, then you may write to support@ishashoppe.com with a copy of Order Confirmation mail sent to you. We will respond within a day.

Q. Are my payment transactions safe and secure on the website?
 

Yes, ishashoppe.com is an SSL website. The private information of the user including the payment transaction information is password protected. We do not share our database information with any third party. So, you can be rest assured about the privacy, safety and security of your payment transaction details.
